Repair/Warranty- Why pay the high price of new network equipment?
- Why not repair what you have and increase your bottom line?
Thomas Technologies has over 25 years of experience in network equipment repair. A staff of technicians who are experienced in everything ranging from legacy product to modern day CSU/DSU's, our technicians will exhaust all efforts in cost effectively repairing of your defective equipment.
- Repair Policy: An RMA number must be obtained before any equipment is sent to Thomas Technologies. This pertains to all Warranty and Non-Warranty equipment.
- Unless the equipment being returned is under warranty, a $50.00 evaluation fee will be assessed on all equipment being sent in for repair. This nominal fee has been established to cover equipment testing, cleaning, and administrative costs that occur, especially equipment that is received and no defect is found.
- If a problem is found, the repair technician will contact the customer with the cost of the repair. If the cost of the repair is agreed upon, the technician will then repair the item and notify you of when that unit will be returned.
- In the event of an item not being able to be repaired the customer will also be notified. At that time several options are available: the customer can request the equipment back and a $50.00 evaluation fee is charged; the customer can choose not to have the equipment returned and the $50.00 evaluation fee will be waived in lieu of the equipment being used as spare parts; or if the customer orders a replacement through their Account representative and the $50.00 evaluation fee will be waived.
All equipment repaired carries a 90-Day Warranty. All refurbished equipment purchased through Thomas Technologies, LTD carries a 90-Day Warranty. Non-Warranty equipment is equipment passed the 90-Day Warranty Period or equipment purchased through another vendor.
